At Toll Gate Auto Parts, we are proud of each and every one of our employees. The Employee of the Month award is designed to recognize those individuals who demonstrate exceptional qualities that enhance the company’s goal of the highest quality used auto parts. Each month, the 'Employee of the Month Committee' selects an outstanding employee from the nominations submitted.

Employee Profile Position: General Manager Years of Service: 40+ Harold is a valuable asset here at Toll Gate Auto Parts. His many duties include considering our printer/toner cartridge needs, talking with auto-dialers concerning unsolicited offers of credit and deciding whether or not we should change electric service providers. While he may not always be at his desk, he is the first one in every morning and the last one to leave every day. In fact, Harold hasn't taken a sick day or vacation day since the Nixon Administration. Harold will have access to preferred parking this month. He will also receive a gift box valued at over $40. |
Nominations – Show someone you noticed. Customers, employees and supervisors may nominate an 'Employee of the Month' candidate. All employees, excluding the President, are eligible for nomination. If you would like to nominate an employee, you can stop by during normal business hours or email your nomination directly to the 'Employee of the Month Committee.' Please list specific activities worthy of recognition that reflect the employee's care and concern for customers, business practices and the community. An overall statement on the nominee's past performance in their job, general work attitude and other pertinent information should be included in the recommendation.
